Coating
- Bayou Pipe Coating LLC will be upgraded to accommodate the new product line.
Pipe manufacturing equipment will be secured from a major European supplier with extensive experience in spiral weld pipe operations.
The manufacturing process will handle 80" wide coils weighing up to 50 tons. The coils will be conveyed through a continuous spiral weld process while edge milling will provide precise edge profiles to the two-step welding operation.
The same integrity and commitment to excellence that is evident in the Stupp ERW Pipe will be integrated into all aspects of this new Spiral Weld product.
